An easy to use touch control panel delivers 18 different power levels depending on what's cooking. The induction hob has a control panel lock, automatic safety shut-off and pan detection technology. Each glass ceramic induction zone has unique electromagnets that only heat what you’re cooking rather than heating the surface area. The induction hob includes innovative electromagnets within each of the four induction zones that will heat just what you've put on the surface, and not the area around it. This means that only the pans are heated and not the plate, thereby saving energy and adding safety. At the same time, highly responsive pan detection technology uses intelligent sensors to identify when a pan is placed on a zone. Of the four cooking zones, there are three different sizes to give you the best in flexibility; two are of a medium size, one is small and ideal for the milk pan or when cooking for one or two people, while the large zone is perfect when its family dinner time.
