Important Delivery Information

At Reliant, we aim to deliver your order safely and within the expected timeframe. Depending on the product and location, deliveries are carried out either by our own trained team or by trusted delivery partners.

If you have any questions before placing your order, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is typically completed within 2 to 4 working days from the date your order is placed. This is the time by which your order is expected to be delivered, not dispatched.

Once your order has been processed and scheduled, you will be contacted ahead of delivery. In most cases, you will receive confirmation the evening before your delivery date. On the day of delivery, you will receive a 2-hour delivery time slot.

Deliveries take place between 7am and 8pm. Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the order.

Nominated Delivery Options

 

Next Day & Nominated Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery and Nominated Day Delivery are available on selected products and locations for an additional £9.99 per order. Orders must be placed before 1:00pm to qualify for Next Day Delivery. Where available, you can select your preferred delivery date during checkout.

Saturday Delivery

Saturday Delivery is available on selected products and locations for an additional £19.98 per order. Availability will be shown at checkout.

 

These services are available to mainland UK addresses only and are not available to UK islands or the Scottish Highlands.

Remote Deliveries

Some remote postcodes, including the Scottish Highlands and UK islands, may have limited delivery availability and additional charges due to courier restrictions.

Additional charges are as follows.

Scottish Highlands: £49.99 per order

UK Islands: £89.99 per order

If your postcode is affected, we will contact you to confirm the available delivery options before dispatch.

Delivery service depends on the size of the product.

Large appliances are delivered to a room of your choice, provided there is safe and reasonable access. For multi-storey buildings without lift access, deliveries can be completed up to a maximum of 3 floors, subject to the stairwell being safely accessible.

Smaller items are delivered to your doorstep.

Packaging and Access

If packaging needs to be removed to complete delivery due to access restrictions, this will be done at your request. In these circumstances, the courier cannot be held responsible for any damage to the product or property that may occur as a result of restricted access.

Please ensure that access routes are clear and that the product, including packaging, will fit through doorways and access points.

Heavy Items

For deliveries that include items with a total weight exceeding 135kg, a £29.99 surcharge per delivery will apply.

Missed Deliveries and Re-Delivery

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.

If delivery cannot be completed due to no one being present, the order will be returned to the depot. Our team will then contact you to arrange re-delivery.

A re-delivery charge of £29.99 will apply. This charge reflects the additional transport and handling costs incurred. Re-delivery will be arranged based on the delivery option selected. Standard delivery will be rescheduled within 2 to 4 working days, while next day or nominated services will allow you to select a suitable new delivery date.

Delivery Responsibility

Responsibility for the goods passes to you once the items have been delivered to the address provided and accepted at the delivery location.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or access issues. We will always aim to keep you informed of any significant delays.

Let us take care of the heavy lifting. With this service, your new appliance will be delivered to a ground-floor room of your choice, unpacked, and all packaging removed and responsibly disposed of.

When your new appliance arrives, we can take away your old one and ensure it is recycled responsibly, saving you the hassle of arranging disposal yourself.

Connect Appliance & Setup

We can install and test your new appliance so it’s ready to use straight away.
