Delivery Services – Before We Arrive

Please read the information below carefully and ensure you have completed the necessary preparations before our team arrives. This will help us provide a smooth delivery and carry out any additional services you have selected.

Appliance-Measurements Appliance-Measurements

To facilitate a smooth delivery service, please ensure that you have measured the 'packaged' dimensions of your item(s) to ensure that they will fit through any relevant door and/or hallway. The entrance and path to the desired space should be clear, and residents should allow the delivery team easy access. Restrictions currently apply for the connection of white goods for certain postcodes.

Unpack & Remove Packaging

 

With our Unpack & Remove Packaging service, your new product will be delivered to a ground-floor room of your choice, unpacked, and any packaging materials removed and responsibly disposed of.

Please note: Washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, and under-counter fridges & freezers will be placed in position after unpacking but will not be connected. If you would like your product installed and set up, please choose our Connect Appliance & Set Up service.

Connect Appliance & Setup

 

We can install and test your new appliance so it’s ready to use straight away (excludes fridges and freezers).

To ensure a smooth installation:

  • Please unplug, disconnect, and move your old appliance out of the space
  • A suitable power outlet and any required water connections must be within 1 metre of the installation point
  • Integrated appliances are not eligible for this service

BT1–17, BT18–94, G84, GY, HS, IM, IV17, IV21–28, IV40–49, IV51–56, IV63, IV99, JE, KA27, KW, PA20–80, PH33–50, PO30–41, TR21–25, ZE, EIRE

Appliance Removal & Recycling Service

When your new appliance is delivered, we can safely remove and recycle your old appliance, so you don’t need to worry about disposal. To ensure a smooth process, please prepare your appliance as follows:

  • Fridge/Freezer: Unplug the appliance and fully defrost it, removing all food items.

  • Washer/Dryer: Unplug and disconnect from the water supply, drain any remaining water, and remove all clothing.

  • Dishwasher: Unplug and disconnect from the water supply, ensuring the appliance is completely empty.

  • Cookers: Ensure the cooker has been safely disconnected from any mains supplies (gas or electric), and the appliance is completely empty.

Please note: Our disposal service is only available on a like-for-like basis. For example, our delivery team cannot deliver an undercounter fridge and collect an American-style fridge freezer for disposal.
